PREPARING THE DESK STEP 1 Carefully read the Lian Li DK-05F manual before installing water cooling parts. STEP 2 To install your EK components, you need to mount them when the desk is completely disassembled. In case your desk is brand new and still in its original package, open the box number 1 and remove the glass tabletop. -

BRACKETS Remove the 360mm and 480mm bracket from the left or right side of the desk - depending on what corresponds to your EK-Quantum Reflection DK-05F product. There are two (2) thumb screws and two (2) locating screws per bracket. - Page 5 STEP 2 Use four (4) UNC 6-32 x 30mm screws for each fan to secure them to the radiator. The fans should be placed on the same side as the ports. UNC 6-32 x 30mm SCREWS STEP 2 STEP 3 Mount the fan bracket onto the other side of the radiator and secure it with UNC 6-32 x 5mm screws that are supplied with the radiator.
- Page 6 STEP 4 360mm RADIATORS The two (2) locating screws should be installed at the rear end of WITH FANS the desk, allowing the radiator to be fitted with the ports at the rear. Carefully place the radiator inside and secure it with the two (2) thumb screws at the front.
- Page 7 STEP 6 Four (4) 25mm thick fans need to be used on the PE480 radiator to ensure perfect alignment. Secure the fans and mounting brackets using the UNC 6-32 x 30mm screws. The mounting brackets are positioned at the end of each radiator, with the folded element facing UNC 6-32 x 30mm SCREWS outwards.
- Page 8 STEP 7 The two (2) locating screws should be installed at the sides of the desk in order for the radiator to be fitted with ports at the side. Carefully place the radiator inside and secure it with the two (2) thumb screws at the center.
