3) Operation specifications
• When "EN" is turned ON, the high-speed counter current value in the hardware register specified by "HSC_POS" is read to "CV"
and the high-speed counter current value register, and "Q" is turned ON. When "EN" is turned OFF, "Q" is turned OFF and the
output of "CV" is cleared to 0.
The high-speed counter current value register in the basic unit continues counting.

• When not using this instruction, the high-speed counter (hardware register) is reflected to the counter current value register
(special register) at the end of the scan.
• If the setting of "HSC_POS" is out of the range or a channel that is not set in the parameter is specified, "ERROR" is turned
ON and "Q" is turned OFF.
