Installing the power interposer board

Prerequisites
1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in
2. Follow the procedure listed in
3. Remove the power supply units.
4. Remove the air shroud.
Steps
1. Align the slots on the power interposer board (PIB) with the hooks on the power supply unit (PSU) cage and slide the PIB
until it snaps into place.
2. Route the P3 power cable through the securing clip on the system board and connect the power cable to the drive
backplane.
