Using The Weighing Platform When Printing Postage On Envelopes - Pitney Bowes SendPro C Auto Operator's Manual

Quick start guide
Note: At this time, you cannot add your own custom graphics to your SendPro C Auto.
Before you begin:
Weigh your envelope, select a class, and select any special services required.
1. Tap the Graphic icon on the Print on Envelopes screen.
2. Select the graphic you want from the list of available graphics.
3. Tap Apply.
4. To verify that the envelope prints correctly, feed the envelope through the machine.
Using the weighing platform when printing postage
on envelopes
1. Tap Print on Envelopes on the Home screen.
2. Tap the weight button.
3. Tap the Scale option button.
4. Place the envelope on the weighing platform. You must do this before the next step or else the
Apply button will remain inactive (grayed out).
5. Tap Apply.
6. Tap Class on the Print on Envelopes screen.
