Checking the postage available for printing
envelopes
You can check your postage balance for Print on Envelopes on your device at any time.
Your available postage is displayed on the Postage Balance button on the top of the Envelope Printing
screen.
View the amount available for postage in your Pre-paid or PitneyWorks account:
1. Tap Print on Envelopes on the Home screen.
2. Tap Postage Balance.
3. Tap Refill Settings.

Refilling postage for your Print on Envelopes balance

Before you begin:
Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
For LAN connection, you will see the following connection icon in the global toolbar:

If you have a wireless connection, you will see the following connection icon in the global toolbar:
l
If you see a line through the connection icon, it means you are not connected and will not be able to refill
your postage until you establish a network connection. Refer to Related topics below for information on
troubleshooting connection issues.
