Step 9:
1.
Mount the core trainer (72) together with two sleeves (73) to the lower plate (19) using a
hexagon bolt (54) and a big washer (75).
2.
Mount the barbell rod cup (74) to the right upright frame (3) using two hexagon bolts (76), four
washers (11) and two lock nuts (10).
3.
Tighten the bolts and nuts.
