ASSEMBLY NOTICE The dumbbell stand is an optionally availble accessory and needs to purchased separately. The stand is compatible with 50LB as well as the 55LB SelectaBells. General Instructions DANGER ⚠ Do not leave any tools, packaging materials such as foils or small parts lying around, as otherwise there is a danger of suff ocation for children. -

Attach the dumbbell tray plates (2) to the leg stands (3) with four long screws (6) and four nuts (8). Tighten with a screwdriver. To use the dumbbells, lift them straight up from the holder leaving the weight plates (B & C) not being used in the dumbbell tray. After use, please re-insert the dumbbell in its dumbbell tray so that the adjusting pin (D) is facing upwards and fi ts squarely with the weight plates not being used. Lift the dumbbell and set it down 3-5 times quickly.
