Step 3:
1.
Mount the lower base (25) on the left and right to the lower plates (19) using two hexagon bolts
(33), four washers (11) and two lock nuts (10) each.
2.
Mount the upper base (26) on the left and right to the upper plates (13) using two hexagon
bolts (33), four washers (11) and two lock nuts (10) each.
3.
Place the following parts in the right order on the guide rod (27) - 30, 31/32, 43, 29 and 28.
4.
Insert the guide rods (27) into the lower and upper base (25 & 26) and then mount them to the
upper base (26) with one screw (34) each.
5.
Pass the barbell rod (41) through the following parts in the right order - 29, 36, 42, 37 and fasten
the end cap (35) with a hexagon head socket (38), a spring washer (39) and a washer (40).
6.
Attach the barbell clamp (89) to the barbell rod.
7.
Repeat step 5 and step 6 on the other side.
8.
Tighten the nuts and bolts.
