– Using long-nose pliers, pull out desiccant cartridge -1- in di‐
rection of arrow.
Installing
– Install dryer cartridge in reverse order of removal, noting the
following:
Clean upper area of inner surface of receiver, and then moisten
area with refrigerant oil.
Renew sealing cap with O-rings ⇒ ETKA .
Moisten new O-rings with refrigerant oil before fitting.
Note
Do not install dryers which have been left out in ambient air for

longer than necessary.
A dryer which has been exposed to ambient air will be satu‐

rated with moisture in a short time and can no longer be used.
