– Release control motor lever from connecting rod.
– Remove left temperature flap actuator - V158- -C-, pull heat
exchanger cover forwards slightly when doing this.
Installing
– Observe notes ⇒ page 6
Note
Risk of malfunction of heater or air conditioning system caused
♦
by improperly installed control motors or links.
Mark the correct allocation of the connectors to the control
♦
motors.
Always install the appropriate links to the control motors.
♦
– Install left temperature flap control motor - V158- in reverse
order of removal.
– Route wiring harness so that it cannot come into contact with
any moving parts (e.g. actuating arm on control motor).
Note
After installing the left temperature flap control motor - V158- ,
♦
check operation of the temperature flap.
Initiate "Basic setting" function using vehicle diagnostic tester .
