Over the years, most of the changes to Western's engraving tables has been in the carriage
assembly. Earlier upgrades to the Z-axis have evolved from the Series 1 V-wheel design to the
Series2 THK bearing design. The terms and descriptions for these earlier models are the same
as the current models--please refer to chapter 2.
