TABLE A - Limit switch settings
Name of the limit switches:
• HIGH "0" limit switch: located at the end of the shutter's up-
ward movement.
• LOW "1" limit switch: located at the end of the shutter's
downward movement.

Press and hold the t button; wait for the shutter to close fully then release the button.

Stand in front of the shutter and answer the following questions:
1) is the end of the roller where the motor head protrudes located to your RIGHT or to your LEFT?
2) is the roller positioned in FRONT of the shutter or BEHIND the shutter?

Observe the figures below and identify the configuration corresponding to your previous replies (A, B, C or D) and take note of
which screw must be used – in the subsequent steps of the procedure – to adjust a specific limit switch.
Configuration A
• motor to the LEFT.

To set the "0" limit switch:
Press and hold the s button, observe the upward movement and ...
• if the shutter moves beyond the level in which the "0" limit switch must be set, stop the movement immediately by
releasing the s button and bring the shutter to its initial position, while keeping the t button pressed. Next, turn a few times
(in the direction of the "–" sign) the adjustment screw linked to the "0" limit switch. Lastly, repeat Point 04 several times (if
necessary) until reaching the desired level for the "0" limit switch.
• if the shutter stops before the level in which the "0" limit switch must be set, release the s button and turn the ad-
justment screw linked to the "0" limit switch little by little (in the direction of the "+" sign) until reaching the desired level for
the "0" limit switch. Note – at every turn of the screw the motor advances and stops in a new position.

To set the "1" limit switch:
With the shutter fixed on the "0" limit switch, identify the adjustment screw linked to the "1" limit switch and turn it a few times
in the direction of the "–" sign.
Next, press and hold the t button, observe the downward movement and ...
• if the shutter moves beyond the level in which the "1" limit switch must be set, stop the movement immediately by
releasing the t button and bring the shutter to its initial position, while keeping the s button pressed. Next, turn a few times
(in the direction of the "–" sign) the adjustment screw linked to the "1" limit switch. Lastly, repeat Point 05 several times (if
necessary) until reaching the desired level for the "1" limit switch.

TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

WARNINGS!
The operations described in this chapter must be car-
ried out exclusively by qualified personnel, in accordance
with these instructions and with the local safety regula-
tions in force.
4.1 - TESTING
Ensure that all the instructions and warnings indicated in
Chapter 1 have been strictly observed.
Use the push-button panel to control the opening and closing
movements of the shutter, while verifying the following aspects:
a) the shutter's upward and downward movements must match
the direction of the arrows appearing on the buttons of the control

push-button panel; b) the motor must stop the shutter automa-
tically in the points set for the limit switches; c) the shutter must
move in a smooth and fluid manner, without any friction points.
4.2 - COMMISSIONING
The automation can only be commissioned once all the
testing phases have been successfully completed. Partial
or "makeshift" commissioning is strictly forbidden. Prior to
commissioning the automation, the owner must be adequately
informed on its operation, on the hazards and risks still present
and on the importance of periodically inspecting its parts to pre-
vent malfunctions.
