WHAT TO DO IF... (troubleshooting guide)
If, when powering a phase (that is, commanding an upward
or downward movement), the motor does not move, per-
form the following checks.
1) Check whether there is mains voltage and if it matches the val-
ues mentioned in the "Technical specifications" chapter.
2) Check whether the two limit switches activate simultaneous-
ly due to incorrect adjustment; in this case, turn the two limit
switch adjustment screws a few times, each in the direction of
the "+" sign.
3) Check whether the "thermal self-protection" function is active;
in this case, simply wait fore the motor to cool down.
Note – This motor is designed for residential use, therefore
