5-2-24 Input Selection
Input Operation
In the default setting, the timing signal through the terminal is input when short-circuited.
However, if you desire the system to input the signal when the circuit is open based on
the specification of the external input device, the input operation can be changed.
1. Display the input/output screen.
Touch on the MENU Screen and display the Input/
output screen.
2. Display the timing input screen.
Touch on the input/output screen and display the timing
input screen.
3. Change the operation using the "input operation" key.
Each time the key is touched, the selection switches back and
forth between the two selections below.

Reference Default Setting: During Short Circuit
Supplementary Explanation
• The zero set ON input and zero set OFF input are always
valid upon a short circuit without relation to the setting.
LD Emission
To continue laser emission without interruption even during
timing input, change it here.
1. Display the timing input screen.
Touch on the MENU Screen, then touch
input/output screen to display the timing input screen.
2. Change operation using the "LD emission" key.
Each time the key is touched, the selection switches back and
forth between the two selections below.
