Malfunctions of the DECT radio unit

Error description
No radio connection in a coverage area.
Radio unit not activated.

Error cause / error handling
Check LED on radio unit.
Red LED flashing:
• Check power supply / line length of AD2 bus cable
(LED flashes briefly at regular intervals)
• Check AD2 bus cable (LED goes out briefly at regular
intervals)
• Unplug AD2 bus cable for one minute, then
reconnect
Green LED flashing long:
• All B channels busy
• If LED on radio unit is flashing
– Radio unit in startup phase
– Radio unit defective
• If LED on radio unit not flashing
– Check trunk connections
– Radio unit defective
– LED of the radio units deactivated throughout the
system
