are not in compliance with Aprilia speci-
fications and which could negatively af-
fect performance,
(5) use in competitions, Track Days and
other similar events.
b) Checks, replacement of components
or other necessary services or adjust-
ments performed under normal sched-
uled maintenance.
c) Any motorcycle on which the odome-
ter's mileage has been modified in a man-
ner in which it is no longer possible to
easily establish the true mileage.
III – Limited liability
a) Aprilia's responsibility under the emis-
sion control warranty is limited exclusive-
ly to the elimination of defects in materials
and/or workmanship by an Authorized
Aprilia Dealer during the dealer's normal
hour of operation. This warranty does not
cover the inconvenience of not having
use of the vehicle the due to the motor-
cycle not being available for use, nor
transport of the vehicle to and/or from the
Authorized Aprilia Dealer.

façon à ne plus pouvoir établir rapide-
ment le kilométrage réel.
III - Responsabilité limitée
a) la responsabilité d'Aprilia en ce qui
concerne la garantie de contrôle des
émissions se limite exclusivement à l'éli-
mination de défauts sur le matériel et/ou
pour la main-d'oeuvre à travers un reven-
deur autorisé Aprilia pendant les horai-
res de travail normales du revendeur en
question. Cette garantie ne couvre pas le
dérangement de ne pas avoir pu utiliser
le véhicule puisque celui-ci n'était pas uti-
lisable, ni le transport du véhicule depuis/
chez le revendeur Aprilia autorisé.
