OFF: Do not use the shift button.
MODE1: Shift by holding down the shift
button while pressing the cross-point
button.
MODE2: Shift by pressing the shift button,
turning it on, then pressing the cross-point
button. Release the shift by pressing the
shift button again, turning it off. If the
selected signals change with the progress
of a transition, the state of the shift button
also changes automatically, and the
button for the selected signal is always lit.
MODE3: Same as MODE2, except that a
transition never changes the state of the
shift button.
