OFF: Device not powered
Blinks slowly (~1Hz)
ON: At least one IEC61850 Server is disconnected
Flashing: IEC61850 response
OFF: No IEC61850 response
Flashing: Modbus request
OFF: No Modbus request
Blinks when is transmitting Ethernet frames
Blinks when is transmitting Ethernet frames
