4) Watermelon smoothie

Procedure:
Wash and dry the strawberries as required. We recommend that you rid the watermelon
flesh of the seeds before mixing. In case that you leave seeds in the flesh, you can strain
the smoothie through a strainer in the end. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
5) Mango smoothie

Wash the peaches, remove the seeds. Wash the mango, remove the seed and peel it.
Then put everything in the blender. Flavour with squeezed lemon juice, if required. Finally,
