Troubleshooting Tools
The Log viewer shows both the selected and higher severity level events. For example, if
"Warning" is chosen then only events with "Warning", "Error", and "Fatal" levels will be shown.

Tap Package filter and write the package name of the app which logs should be exported.
When filtering event logs by package name, type com.ascom.myco. followed by the name
of the Ascom app.
Export Event Logs
The event logs are not encrypted and stored in the handset's internal memory, where they may be
extracted from.
To export the event logs, follow the steps described below:
1.
In the opened Log viewer app, tap Save.
2.
Tap Select storage to choose the appropriate method of export. Choose between Email or External.
3.
If needed, tap Change filter to apply or change filter parameters (for more information see
Logs, page
25).
4.
Tap Save.
− If Email has been selected at the step 2, fill in the details (email, subject, and description) in the
opened window and tap Send.
− If External has been selected at the step 2, tap Send to confirm the export. For the details, see

Debug with Timed Logging
Logging information can be used to help the support teams for debugging purposes. With timed logging,
the debug logs are created only during the specified time interval, from 10 minutes up to 24 hours. When
