8.3.1 OmniStar™

Preconditions
Unit switched off

Capillary removed (→
Required tools / material
Allen wrench 2.5 mm
Screwdriver No. 1

Disconnect the
cables from
valves V1 and
V2
Loosen the two
hexagonal
socket screws
Remove the gas inlet
If the orifice is stuck, carefully
knock the gas inlet against a
soft surface until the orifice
drops out.
Insert the new orifice
Screw in the orifice screw and firmly tighten it
Insert the gas inlet
Tighten the two hexagon socket screws
Connect the cables to valves V1 and V2

Connect the capillary (→
Remove the screw
of the orifice
The orifice drops out
Do not mix up
the cables.
