Additionally the rake makes a full use of the ground-following function provided by tractor's
3-point linkage, and therefore make sure it is set on floating.
NOTE:
Driving the rake onto short and at the same time high ground unevenness
may lead to damaging the machine.
NOTE:
Due to the nature of the work and improper rotational speed, the rake may
throw hay over the machine.

5.7. Lifting rake on turns

When taking turns and driving through already formed windrows lift the rake. Therefore:
lift the rake on tractor's 3-point linkage,
lift working units of the rake,
take a turn or drive through formed windrows,
lower the working units and set hydraulic assembly on the 3-point linkage to "floating" position,
lower the rake on the 3-point linkage and set the "floating" function,
start the drive.
