CALF RAISE (LEFT)
Place Activ5 beneath the ball of your
left foot.
Press Activ5 down with the ball of your
foot as you lift your heel and squeeze
your calf.
PRIMARY MUSCLES ENGAGED
STRAIGHTEN BACK & PULL SHOULDERS BACK
PRESS ACTIV5 INTO THE FLOOR
