STRAIGHT ARM PLANK (RIGHT)
Begin on your hands and knees.
Place Activ5 underneath your right
palm.
Straighten your legs, keeping them
hip-width apart.
Keep your back straight and your shoul-
ders and hips in line.
Press Activ5 as you squeeze your core
and shoulder muscles.
