STANDING CHEST FLY
Hold Activ5 between both hands in
prayer
positions
with
your
arms
stretched out in front of you.
Press both palms into Activ5 and
squeeze your chest muscles.
Keep both feet firmly on the ground.
PRIMARY MUSCLES ENGAGED
STRAIGHTEN BACK & PULL SHOULDERS BACK
PRESS WITH THE HEELS OF YOUR PALMS
