GETTING STARTED To get started with Activ5 all you need to do is: 1. DOWNLOAD & REGISTER 2. CONNECT DEVICE TO APP VIA ® BLUETOOTH 3. START EXERCISING... - Page 3 DOWNLOAD & REGISTER Download the Activ5 Training app, available in the App Store and Google Play Store. Follow the steps to complete your registration. Registering enables you to track your progress. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.
- Page 4 The button is located next to the LED light. Press it down for 2 seconds to turn the device ON. LED LIGHT INDICATION ON / SEARCHING FOR CONNECTION CONNECTED DISCONNECTED NOTE: If not used, Activ5 will shut down automatically in 7 minutes.
- Page 5 MOBILE DEVICE IS ON. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE ACTIV5 APP SCREEN TO CONNECT YOUR ACTIV5 DEVICE. If there is ONLY ONE Activ5 device trying to connect, it will automatically connect. If there is MORE THAN ONE Activ5 device trying to connect, the closest one to your mobile device will be first on the list.

- Page 9 The Activ5 app will prompt you to set your MAX POWER as you start exercises and workouts. During this step, the Activ5 app will ask you to adopt the correct exercise pose and apply maximum pressure to the Activ5 device. You will see your MAX POWER reading in the Activ5 App.
- Page 10 To do so, adopt the correct pose and apply maximum pressure to the Activ5 device until the 5-second timer runs out. By customizing your MAX POWER Activ5 ensures that each exercise is challenging, but achievable, helping you to get fitter, faster.

Page 15: Replacing The Battery
REPLACING THE BATTERY Activ5 comes with a standard AAA battery, which lasts between 6 and 12 months. To replace the battery, follow these simple steps: You need a new AAA battery & a flat-head screwdriver. Hold Activ5 and the screwdriver like this. - Page 16 Insert the tip of the screwdriver in the opening. click Softly turn until you here a CLICK sound. The lid pops slightly opened.
- Page 17 Gently slide the screwdriver along the edge of Activ5, keeping the tip inside the crevice, until you get to the logo. Then stop and slightly turn until you hear a CLICK. The lid is now open and you can carefully remove it.
