SEATED
ROW (LEFT)
Place Activ5 between the back of your
left elbow and the back your chair.
Keep your elbow bent at 90 degrees.
Squeeze your back muscles as you
push your elbow back into Activ5.
PRIMARY MUSCLES ENGAGED
KEEP YOUR ELBOW BENT AT 90 DEGREES
PRESS ACTIV5 INTO THE CHAIR
