Ethernet

The Provisioning > Ethernet menu allows you to define and configure the ethernet settings.
MAC Address
Host Name
Enable DHCP
Unit IP
Subnet Mask
Gateway
DNS Server 1
DNS Server 2
required if a hostname is being used for ping targets.

Ethernet Settings
Hardware address of the NetGuardian LT G2. (Not editable - For reference only.)
Used for local subnet access.
Used to turn on Dynamic Host Connection Protocol.
IP address of the NetGuardian LT G2.
A road sign to the NetGuardian LT G2, telling it whether your packets should stay on
your local network or be forwarded somewhere else on a wide-area network.
An important parameter if you are connected to a wide-area network. It tells the
NetGuardian which machine is the gateway out of your local network. Set to
255.255.255.255 if not using.
Ethernet Settings
Primary IP address of the domain name server. Set to 255.255.255.255 if not using.
Secondary IP address of the domain name server. Set to 255.255.255.255 is not using.
