Finishing, dehydrate
Wash kale thoroughly.
Preheat in Steam mode to 190F. Steam kale
for 1 minute.
Toss the kale with olive oil and sea salt and
place in a CombiFry ® basket in a single layer.
Select: finishing, dehydrate using the setting
151F for 60 minutes.
