Combine meat together with all ingredients
and mix thoroughly.
Place into a granite-enameled container.
Select: meat, braise. Close door to preheat
the SelfCookingCenter ® . Load when
prompted.
When requested to "Add liquid", skip this
phase. Open and close the door to continue
or just wait and the process will continue
automatically in a few moments.
If there is a long rest period, cover the container.
