Turkey
Remove the gizzard from the fresh or thawed
turkey, season the cavity with salt and
pepper, and fill it with a mixture of the
chopped apple, onion, and fresh chopped
herbs.
Rub the skin with salt and pepper and place
the turkey on a stainless steel grid with a
dripping pan below.
Select: turkey, default setting
