File Gateway Server Client

A File Gateway uses a 10 Gb Ethernet connection to a switch to communicate with the Avid NEXIS
architecture. The File Gateway server displays, creates, and delete files within the Avid NEXIS
shared storage network system through the Windows operating system as shares that are mapped to
drive letters.
