Check Velcro tabs
Open the Velcro tabs.
– Both types of tape should be free of contamination.
Check magnetic closures
Open and close the magnetic closures.
– The magnetic closures may not pop open again.

8. Servicing

The portable system and the wall mounting require no servicing, but observe the intervals
for regular function checks on the attached parts. Look these up in the associated instruc-
tions for use if appropriate.
We recommend having maintenance measures such as servicing and repair work carried
out by the manufacturer, WEINMANN Emergency, or by specialist staff.

8.1 Sending in components and accessories

Warning!
Risk of infection due to contaminated parts during maintenance work!
Components and accessories may be contaminated, causing technicians performing
maintenance to be infected with bacteria or viruses.
Clean and disinfect components and accessories.
Do not send in potentially contaminated parts.

Remove components and accessories.
2.
Clean and disinfect components and accessories (note "6. Hygiene treatment" on
page 24).
3.
If necessary, send components and accessories to WEINMANN Emergency or to
technicians expressly so authorized by WEINMANN Emergency.
Notice
If you send in obviously contaminated parts, these will be disposed of by WEINMANN
Emergency or by technicians so authorized by WEINMANN Emergency at your
expense.
