Valve faults

In the event of a valve fault, only the faulty valve is deactivated in the status word. The red LED flashes
and error bit 3 in the status word becomes active. The valves without faults are not affected by this.
Valve faults can be identified by the fact that selected faulty valves are indicated as deactivated in the
status word and the red LED flashes.
