User Already Created

This screen may be displayed when you are attempting to create a new user who
already exists.
Press Enter and type in an alternative user number.
5.13

User is the Target of Transfers

This question is asked when a request is made to delete a user who is the target
of one or more transfers (from other users).
Refer to paragraph entitled Deleting a User With a Call Transfer.
5.14

User Not Found in Database

This warning is shown when an invalid user number is entered in the transfer
function, or in the Delete User menu.
Press Enter to re-enter a user number.
5.15

User Number is Already Used

This screen may be displayed when attempting to create a Block of Users; it
indicates that a User in the specified range already exists.
Pressing Enter will allow the existing data for that User to be amended; the
system will look for further conflicts. Any key except Enter will prevent the
creation of ANY new Users in the range.
