Deleting a Set
First decide which set that you wish to delete, and then follow the instructions
below:
1. Press: Ctrl 1
2. Select: Administration [4]
3. Select: Sets Records [5]
4. Select: Delete Set [3]
5. Type in the set identification number you wish to delete, e.g. 12 and press
Enter.
6. Press the Delete key, the message: Set deleted should be displayed, then
press Enter. You may delete another set, or press Ctrl 1 to return to the main
menu.
Note:
i. If the set identification number is used in another set, you will receive the
message: Used in Set. Press Ctrl 1 and refer to the paragraph entitled
Editing a Set to remove the set identification number.
ii. If the set identification number does not exist you will receive the message:
Unknown Set. Press Enter and try another number.
