7. At the screen prompt, either:
a. Type in a user number, e.g. 456 and press Enter, you will then receive the
message: User added to Set. To add further user numbers press Enter to
repeat this process, Or
b. Press the ↓ key to search through the available user numbers and press
Enter to add a user number to the set, you will then receive the message:
User added to Set. Press Enter then ↓ key again to repeat this process.
Note: If a user is already in a set, the message: Already in Set will be displayed,
press Enter and try a new user number. If you try to enter the set identification
number for this set, e.g. 1 you will receive the message: Invalid Number for Set.
Press the Delete key and enter another user number.
8. When finished press Ctrl 2. At the message Changes Saved, press Enter to edit
further sets, or press Ctrl 1 to return to the main menu.
