SYSTEM MESSAGES & ERROR INDICATIONS
The system can issue the following error/information messages. The context and
responses are detailed below:
5.1

Call Cancelled

This message is displayed whenever the operator intervenes whilst the system is
waiting to queue a call; this may occur if the system is unable to transmit a paging
call for some unspecified reason.
Press Enter to acknowledge this message.
5.2

Comms Error

This error can occur when the user Database is unavailable. The database may
be unavailable because of the periodic self-checks and during configuration.
Press Enter to proceed. The System Supervisor should repeat the last
transaction, as the fault should be rectified on the next attempt.
5.3

Database Full

When attempting to add a new user to the database and the maximum limit has
been exceeded, the following warning is displayed:
Press Enter, this will return the operator to the screen prompt for a User Number.
