8. To Add a User to a Team
a. Type in the required user number, e.g.123 or use the down arrow key ↓ to
scroll through available users and press Enter to add a the user to the
team, the message: User added to Team will confirm selection.
b. When a user has been added to a team you may:

9. To Delete a User or Group
a. Press ↓ or the Enter key to search through Groups and User numbers.
To erase an entry press Delete. You will now be prompted with the
message Delete Member press Delete again. Access 3000 Compact will
confirm deletion with the message: Team Member removed.
b. Press Enter to continue or press Enter followed by Ctrl 2 to complete this
process, you will now receive the prompt Changes Saved then press Ctrl
1 to return to the main menu.
Note: You are not allowed to delete the last group or the last individual user
number in a team. If you attempt this, you will receive the message: Last
Team Member. To delete a format group or a user number in this situation
the whole team must be erased, refer to Section 4.10 Deleting a Team.

Save and go to the delete options. Press Ctrl 2 and refer to the
Delete Options, or
To save and return to the main menu. Press Ctrl 2 twice the
message Changes Saved will confirm selection. Press Ctrl 1 to
return to the main menu.
If a user number is already in the team you will be prompted with the
message: Already in Team. Press Enter and type in a new number
or press Enter followed by Esc to finish.
If you get the message: Unknown User. Press Enter and type in a
new number or press Enter followed by Esc to finish.
If you get the message: Not in Team. Press Enter and type in a
new number or press Enter followed by Esc to finish.
