3.8 Paging a Team - Numeric & Alphanumeric Pagers with (or without) Fast
Alpha
1. Press Ctrl 1 then press 2 to select Page Team
2. Enter the Team number, e.g. 01 and press Enter
3. Enter the Fast Alpha message number if known, e.g. 20 or use the ↑ or ↓ keys
to locate the required stored message and press Enter. If you do not wish to
enter a fast alpha message code press Enter and go to Step 5
4. At the following screen press Enter to confirm message selection
5. At the following prompt:
Depending on pager type you may type-in from the keyboard an
Alphanumeric or a Numeric message, e.g. 10 Urgently or 10
On completion of the message press Enter
Note: If you attempt to send a text message to a numeric pager this will be
rejected and a warning beep emitted
