1 Open the Front Cover.
2 Locate the lodged material by looking inside the Input/
Transfer Drum area.
3 Reach into the Input/Transfer Drum area, and gently
grasp the exposed corners of the jammed material.
4 Pull gently up and toward you until the material is
completely dislodged.
5 If the material has adhered to the Transfer Drum, peel it
away from the drum surface.
Do not use tools or sharp objects to clear jams
since this may damage the printer. Do not touch
the surface of the Print Drum or the Transfer Drum.
Touching these surfaces may damage them.
6 Close the Front Cover.
