Not e basically t he applicat ions t o be inst alled t o t he m obile com put er need t o be inst alled on
your PC first . So download t he applicat ion program s t o your PC first and inst all t hem on your
PC so t hey can be inst alled ont o t he m obile com put er lat er.
Many applicat ion program s are inst alled in different ways. Read t heir inst allat ion guides or
docum ent at ion t o know how t hey are inst alled. I f you are inst alling an applicat ion t hat
cannot be inst alled on your PC first , t ry t o inst all it right from t he m obile com put er, see

To inst all an applicat ion on t he m obile com put er:
1) Connect t wo com put ers as described in

3) On t he PC, from t he m enu bar of Act iveSync, select Tools | Add/ Re m ove Pr ogr a m s.
Act iveSync st art s t o search for t he applicat ion program s inst alled on your PC and opens
it s [ Add/ Re m ove Pr ogr a m s] dialog which list s t hose found. Each ent ry com es wit h a
check box on t he left . An unchecked box m eans t he program is yet t o inst all t o t he
m obile com put er while a checked one m eans an inst alled program .
