front of t he m obile com put er will det ect current light ing environm ent s, and screen and
keypad backlight s will adj ust aut om at ically according t o t he backlight profiles set under t he
Pr ofile t abbed page.
When M a nu a l ba ck ligh t se t t in g is checked, screen and keypad backlight s will st ay at t he
set level and will not adj ust aut om at ically.
3) Tap OK on t he soft key bar t o apply t he set t ings.
AUTOMATIC BACKLIGHT PROFILES
The m obile com put er st ores t hree backlight profiles t o represent backlight level under
different environm ent s. These can be configured according t o user's likings.
To set backlight profiles:
1) Tap Windows icon
St art screen opens.
2) Tap Se t t ings | Syst e m | Ba ck ligh t

3) Uncheck M a n ua l ba ck ligh t se t t ing t o enable profile funct ion.
4) Swit ch t o t he Pr ofile t abbed page.
