5.7 System Start-up
The procedure in this section requires user-wiring and
application programming to be completed. The following
procedure is recommended after application set-up is
completed.

Ensure that the motor, system, and any attached
equipment are ready for start. It is the responsibility of the
user to ensure safe operation under any condition. Failure
to ensure that the motor, system, and any attached
equipment are ready for start could result in personal
injury or equipment damage.
1.
Press [Auto On].
2.
Apply an external run command.
3.
Adjust the speed reference throughout the speed
range.
4.
Remove the external run command.
5.
Check sound and vibration level of the motor to
ensure that the system is working as intended.
If warnings or alarms occur, see 7.3 List of Warnings and
Alarms.
5.8 Maintenance
Under normal operating conditions and load profiles, the
adjustable frequency drive is maintenance-free throughout
its designed lifetime. To prevent breakdown, danger, and
damage, examine the adjustable frequency drive at regular
intervals depending on the operating conditions. Replace
worn or damaged parts with original spare parts or standard

CAUTION
Risk of personal injury or equipment damage exists. Repair
and service must be carried out by Danfoss authorized
personnel only.
