Change the settings using
the scroll keys and numeric
keypad.
Use the scroll key
select the digit/entry requiring
change.
Enter a new digit using the
numeric keypad or scroll to a
new entry using the scroll
keys or

When you have changed all
the required settings, press
[Enter].

Select [Time Format] using
the scroll key
[Enter].

Select [1. 24 hour] for a 24
hour clock or [2. 12 hour] for
a 12 hour clock.

Press [Enter].
