Raise the document feeder or
the document glass cover if
fitted.

Position the original face down
on the document glass. Align it
with the registration arrow in
the rear left corner.

Lower the document feeder or
document glass cover.
NOTE: On completion of a copy
job ensure the document glass
cover is fully closed.
See page 3-17 if you are
making collated copies from the

document glass.

The document glass should be used for single pages or bound
originals up to a maximum size of A3 (11 x 17 inch).
