Plot-Tracker DFC Mode (Plot Fill)

This DFC mode expands on the Box-Tracker DFC mode. In this mode, the 10 of
the 100 memory ID locations are used to keep track of a material's remaining Net
weight (Box Tracker). The remaining 90 memory ID locations are used to keep
track of how much material is delivered to a specific plot (Plot Tracker). This
mode also will default to a 2-speed, chatter gate operation (non-selectable) with
no auto-trim.
