Problem
1. The Setting menu/Mode menu
cannot be displayed
2. The monitor connected with
the USB cable is not detected.

Possible cause and remedy
• Check whether the control button lock function works (see
Lock" (page 44)).

the latest USB 3.1 Gen 1 driver provided by each manufacturer, or
connect the monitor to the USB 2.0 port.
• Check the external device's BIOS setting for USB when using
Windows. (Refer to the User's Manual of the external device for
details.)
