To identify a double address detector in the Zeta Alarm Systems SMARTCONNECT SMART6, check the DIP switch address settings. A double address detector will respond to two consecutive addresses. If two detectors are configured with the same DIP switch settings or respond to the same address, this indicates a double address condition. Use the DIP switch table to verify that each detector has a unique address.
