E360 Low Engine Oil Pressure

Conditions Which Generate This Code:
The Electronic Control Module (ECM) detects a
problem with the engine's oil pressure. The ECM
detects the following problems:
The engine has been running for more than ten
seconds.
The low oil pressure trip is below the trip levels for
the event code. Refer to Table 50 for a list of low
oil pressure trip levels.
Event code 100-03 Engine Oil Pressure open/short
to +batt is not active.
Event code 100-04 Engine Oil Pressure short to
ground is not active.
Note: This event code represents an event. This
does not represent an electronic system fault.

A snapshot will be triggered. The ECM will derate
the power. The power will be derated at seventeen
percent per second for two seconds.
The shutdown of the engine will only occur if
the "Enable Shutdown" customer programmable
parameter has been enabled.
Troubleshooting:
Refer to Troubleshooting, "Low Engine Oil Pressure".
Results:
OK – STOP.
